Whiteboard
Zoom AI’s Whiteboard setting uses AI to help users create content on the built-in whiteboard canvas. When using Whiteboard, you can add, modify, and extend content on the board during your meeting.
Configure settings for Meeting Summary on the Zoom Web Portal at Zoom Web Portal at https://berkeley.zoom.us/profile/setting → AI Companion → Whiteboard.
Enabling Whiteboard During a Zoom Call
The meeting Host, Alternate Host, or Co-Host will see the Whiteboards icon in their Zoom toolbar.
Click on the Whiteboards icon to limit who can initiate or share Whiteboards, Host only or All Participants.
Participant Meeting Summary Options
When Zoom AI Whiteboards is enabled, click on the Whiteboard icon to initiate or join a Whiteboard. A prompt will inform you that this Whiteboard has Zoom AI features enabled.
Click Continue, then you will see a new toolbar Whiteboard Content Generation with AI Companion at the bottom of the Whiteboard.
