What’s New
Incident - Customer facing notifications have been improved with a new template. For examples, see our ServiceNow Knowledge Base Article on the topic.
Incident - Push notifications have been added to customer facing notifications. These will be sent if the customer has the ServiceNow application installed on the mobile device.
Changes
Human Resources - Unused items have been removed from status options when building a filter in the list view of HR cases.
Service Catalog - Removed Approvals from xMatters requests.
Service Catalog - Updated the Description for xMatters requests.
Fixes
Human Resources - Bug: When creating a new Hire record in a Recruitment case, some “Appointment Type” values were not being copied over. This has been fixed.
Human Resources - Bug: When creating a new Hire record in a Recruitment case, some “By Agreement DOS Code” values were not being copied over. This has been fixed.
Known Issues
Human Resources - Funding change cases created before October 11, 2017 will no longer have nicely formatted Current Funding information. There is no way to make it more legible.
