Change: Improved Customer Notifications

Purpose
To improve the customer experience for our end users, we have updated the notifications to use an HTML based message that is more pleasently formatted. We have added calls to action within the email so that customers can more quickly find and use the links within the email.

Have these been tested with mobile devices?
Yes. We tested with an android and ios mobile device using the latest applications. While there may be some variation between devices and applications, the message should look generally the same.
