Students, faculty, staff, and affiliates:

A.) Reset your passphrase using the self-service tool at CalNet Account Manager, mycalnet.berkeley.edu

Use the self-service CalNet Account Manager to reset your passphrase. Select which criteria you will use to reset your passphrase, and then enter that value in the box below. You can only use CalNet Account Manager if you have a recovery email address attached to your CalNet account. Here is the direct link for passphrase reset:

 https://bpr.calnet.berkeley.edu/account-manager/passphrase/requestReset

B.) If you are unable to use the self-service tool, email your full name, student or employee ID number, and date of birth to calnet-admin@berkeley.edu to request assistance.

Alumni

Alumni account holders must use the following link(s):

CalNet ID reminder: http://cal.berkeley.edu/id_reminder

CalNet passphrase reset: https://atcal.berkeley.edu/reset_passphrase/

For additional assistance, alumni need to email atcal@alumni.berkeley.edu.
