If you have forgotten your CalNet ID or passphrase, you can reset your passphrase using the self-service reset passphrase tool at mycalnet.berkeley.edu. 

You can only use CalNet Account Manager if you have a recovery email address attached to your CalNet account.

If you are unable to use the self-service tool, email your full name and student or employee ID number to calnet@berkeley.edu to request assistance.
