Manual Access to Course Evaluation Results

In situations where one cannot access the email link provided by the course evaluation system, it is possible to manually access the course evaluation page.

  1. Access the course evaluations site via https://course-evaluations.berkeley.edu
  2. Login via CalNet Authentication – Choose the corresponding access level in the “Datasource” drop-down menu
    • Teachers: Can see reports only for courses they teach
    • Deans/Chairs: Roll-up reports that summarize whole department/university
    • Department Administrators: Individual reports for all instructors in a department
  1. After logging in, on the left sidebar, click on “Reports”
  2. A dashboard report list should then show up – click on “Manage”
  3. Click on “View’ to view a HTML version of the report

A PDF version of the report can also be downloaded by clicking on the “Download PDF” link at the end of the table of contents.

 

Manual Login to Course Evaluation System (GSIs)

In situations where students (including GSI's) cannot access the email link provided by the course evaluation system, it is possible to manually access the page.GSI’s will need to manually logout and log back into the course evaluation system to switch between student (to answer course evaluations) and teacher (to view results of course evaluations) accounts.
