How Do I Access Course Evaluations Results?

You can access the course evaluations system directly without needing to click on an email link by going to course-evaluations.berkeley.edu and logging in with your CalNet ID and passphrase.

I'm not seeing the right reports

If you have multiple degrees of access to course evaluations results, such as you're both a student (i.e. no access) and a GSI (i.e. you can access your own evaluation results), or you're an instructor that also has access to your department's evaluation reports, you might login to your course evaluations account and see no reports or only your own reports.

In this case you must switch between your different roles within the course evaluations system. For instance, if you're a GSI and not seeing your report(s) after receiving an email that they're available, that indicates you're logged in as a student and you must logout and log back in as an instructor.

In order to switch between accounts:

1. Go to course-evaluations.berkeley.edu
2. If you're automatically logged in, logout either by clicking the "Sign Out" button in the top right or clicking this link. Otherwise, skip to step 4.
3. Go back to course-evaluations.berkeley.edu
4. Input your CalNet ID and passphrase.
5. Choose from the dropdown menu "Select User Group."
   
   
   1. To view your reports as an instructor, select "Campus_Instructors"
   2. To view all departmental reports, select "Campus_Supervisors"
      
      1. These reports include:
         
         • Individual Reports (Academic Personnel Version)
         • Department Summary Report
         • Raw Data Report (CSV)
   3. To complete evaluations as a student, select "Campus_Students"
6. Once you select a user group you will be logged in and should be able to see a list of various reports under the "Reports" section of your account, organized by term and type of report.

I used to have a sponsored guest account and can't login to view my reports

I clicked on the link to my reports from the email and it gave me an error message/page

If you're seeing an error like this please follow the directions under the section "I'm not seeing the right reports" in order to switch between your accounts.

Otherwise, try going to course-evaluations.berkeley.edu directly, instead of using the email links. Errors logging in can also commonly be resolved by going to this page using a different browser or an incognito window.
