Reset your passphrase using the self-service tool at CalNet Account Manager, mycalnet.berkeley.edu. 

You can only use CalNet Account Manager if you have a recovery email address attached to your CalNet account

If you are unable to use the self-service tool, email your full name, student or employee ID number, and date of birth to calnet@berkeley.edu to request assistance.
