Reset your passphrase using the self-service tool at CalNet Account Manager, mycalnet.berkeley.edu.
- Click on Forgot My CalNet ID/Passphrase
- Select which type of account you have, and then enter your ID number or recovery email address in the box below
- Verify that you are a human by checking the box, and click Request reset
You can only use CalNet Account Manager if you have a recovery email address attached to your CalNet account
