Active/Claimed Alumni Account Management

Alums with active CalNet accounts can log in to any campus service available to alums, such as CalNet Account Manager, bMail (not available to all alums), or the alumni directory, using your CalNet ID and passphrase.

An active alumni CalNet account is defined as: has a claimed CalNet ID, is not in grace, and is not expired, AND:

Immediately Disabling a CalNet Account

To request the immediate disabling of a CalNet account, please submit the Exceptional Disabling of CalNet ID or Berkeley email (bMail) Service Accounts form to IT Policy at policy-access@berkeley.edu. Once IT Policy has reviewed and approved the request, the user's CalNet account will be disabled.
