Instructors that always want to use Course Capture can choose to set their default setting to always opt in. To view your Course Capture default settings, go to Course Capture and click Log into to Course Capture.
This article will only cover the Future Course preference. For a more detailed explanation of the home page, please visit Home Page Explained.
Under Preferences->Future Courses, if you choose "I want all my future courses to be opted into Course Capture by default", then any new courses you are added to in the future will automatically be opted in with the default "Publish to My Media" setting. This does not affect current courses already listed in the "Courses eligible for capture" table and only any new courses you are added to. You will be able to remove your opt in status at any time.
If you keep the preference: "I want to choose whether or not to opt in future courses by default", and want to use Course Capture, you will need to opt-in any future course one-by-one.
