Considerations
Perceptive Content allows for multiple integrations through a set of APIs. Currently, Perceptive Content is integrated with several systems such as CalCentral, SIS, etc.
Troubleshooting
The type of issues end users usually report are as follows:
- Failed to load connection OR Authorization from the external provider was unsuccessful.

- Solution. This usually happens when users are trying to access something they don’t have access to, so, there's really nothing wrong with the system per se. Please ask them what specific document they are trying to access (get the index values including the drawer and send them through a ServiceNow ticket to the Imagine team with a description of the user’s issue).
- No items available.

- Solution. This most likely means that the end-user has no access to the requested resource. Please obtain the exact link they clicked on, and paste it on the ticket so that the Imagine team can test
