The People Card person and job information in the Portal system receives the information from UC Path.
To update the information, please contact your HR rep by submitting a HR Service Request for 'other data changes'.

This includes:
- the phone number on People Cards is not correct (business phone number in UC Path)
- the email address on People Cards is not correct (business email in UC Path)
- the job information on People Cards is not correct
- my supervisor on People Cards is not correct
- my reporting staff on People Cards is not correct
- In UC Path when you see a position number but no name, that means that the position is not filled. A supervisor has not yet been assigned that position. Until this is fixed in UC Path, no one is the supervisor of record. Once a person is assigned to that position number in UC Path, then the next day that person will see their staff in Portal.
