How does one publish a Course Capture recording that's set to GSI/TA moderation?

If GSI/TA Moderation was chosen as the publishing option during signups, Course Capture recordings will automatically be placed as pending in the Media Gallery of the bCourses course site. 

Users with the Teacher, TA, or Designer role in the bCourses site will be able to approve and publish the Course Capture video to the Media Gallery, where students will be able to access the recordings. 

How to approve pending recordings in a Media Gallery

  1. Navigate to the Media Gallery by clicking Media Gallery in the site navigation of your bCourses site. 
  2. In the Media Gallery, click on the Pending tab.

    If your browser window is not wide enough, the Pending tab will be hidden under a pulldown arrow.

  3.  Locate the media in question and select the Approve button to the right of the video thumbnail. Use the checkboxes to the left of the video thumbnails to approve multiple videos at once. You may also choose to reject recordings by clicking the Reject button.
