Overview
The ServiceNow 7.0.0 release is planned for Saturday, August 4th, 2018, starting at 9 a.m. ServiceNow will be upgraded from Jakarta to Kingston.
Changes
- Information Icon Pop-Ups - Data displayed in modal windows are now in individual grey fields instead of un-bordered text.
- Activity Notes - Now displays a label of what was updated as well as the date in top right corner of note.
Fixes
- Information Icon Pop-Ups - The modal screen with detailed information for related records (such as users or departments) would not scroll with page in the ESS portal. This has been fixed.
Known Issues
- Information Icon Pop-Ups - The modal window for related records (such as caller or department) quickly closes when clicked on the ESS portal. There is no way to keep these open.
- Watchlist Widget - The modal window for the watchlist, when viewing information about users on the watchlist, has inconsistent behavior.
