What’s New
- Self Service - A link has been added to the Employee Self Service home page to link to the Telecom website when you want to order Telecom services.

Fixes
- Human Resources - Recruitment - Extra fields were visible in the activity log when a case was created. This has been fixed.
- Incident - A new instance of the UC Berkeley logo image used in the new notifications was being attached when a customer responded to an email. This has been fixed.
Known Issues
- When an incident is moved into the “Waiting on Customer” status and an additional comment is added, 2 push notifications will be send to users who use the ServiceNow mobile application.
