The ServiceNow team will release updates to the platform on the morning of, Saturday, February 3rd , 2018, starting at 9:00 a.m. For approximately the first two hours the system will undergo vendor patching. There is no system outage associated with this planned work. Users logging into the system may experience a brief (approximately a minute) delay in logging in.

The ServiceNow 6.6.0 release is planned for Saturday, February 3rd , 2018, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The principle component of this release is the vendor patch to Jakarta Patch 7 from Jakarta Patch 4.
What’s New
We are upgrading to Jakarta Patch 7. Users should see no interface changes with this release.
Fixes
- The ServiceNow team will be pushing updates to the production server to support compatibility between the new release and previous local development.
- Approval records now display name of associated record being approved.
- Calendar pop up no longer advances 2 months ahead when picking a date.
Known Issues
Human Resources - Funding change cases created before October 11, 2017 will no longer have nicely formatted Current Funding information. There is no way to make it more legible.
