What’s New
Human Resources - Added active/inactive flag for HR HCM Job Codes. This allows us to retire job codes as they are retired from HCM.
Service Request - Added Delete xMatters Service as an available request from https://technology.berkeley.edu
Changes
Human Resources - Updated the Recruitments and Waiver forms to include a validated chartstring field.
Human Resources - Updated question regarding the working title to no longer state “This will be used in the job posting”.
Incident - Updated the close codes per the Technical Users Group request.
Fixes
Service Catalog - Bug: The continue shopping button took you to the ESS portal instead of the Service Catalog home page. This has been fixed.
Human Resources - Bug: Users with only the HR Case Funding reader role were unable to see all funding cases. This has been fixed.
Incident - Bug: Users were unable to create templates with all the incident fields. This has been fixed.
Human Resources - Bug: Customers were unable to update the watchlist on Recruitment cases once the case was approved. This has been fixed.
Human Resources - Bug: Additional comments in the Work Completed dialog box were in some cases not being copied to the case. This has been fixed.
Human Resources - Bug: The wrong fields were shown on the pop-up dialogbox when you click on the reference icon in a list of cases. This has been fixed.
Known Issues
Human Resources - Funding change cases created before October 11, 2017 will no longer have nicely formatted Current Funding information. There is no way to make it more legible.
