What’s New

Service Catalog - Four new service request forms are being released: 3 for xMatters Services and 1 for SaaS Consulting and Assistance. To access these forms, use the Service Catalog on https://technology.berkeley.edu/ under the System and Data Infrastructure and Consulting and Development categories.
Knowledge Base - Added meta tags field to knowledge articles. For more information please see: More information about Meta Tags

Changes

Human Resources - Staff Recruitment, updated the question: "Do you have a position number for this posting?"
Human Resources - Added HR Case number to the default subject line of ad-hoc emails.
Human Resources -Submitter/Watchlist can now edit the 'Related Case' field after the case is approved.

Fixes

Human Resources - Bug: HR Case, Complete Case UI Action only escapes first ampersand. This has been fixed.
Human Resources - Bug: Hire record, Work notes was above additional comments. This has been fixed.
Platform - Users with the share-group-filters role are no longer able to share filters with their group. This has been reported to the vendor and is a known issue. This has been fixed.

Known Issues

Human Resources - Funding change cases created before October 11, 2017 will no longer have nicely formatted Current Funding information. There is no way to make it more legible.
