What’s New
No new features are being added.
Changes
Human Resources: This change address an issue where some users cannot be separated because their job code cannot be found.
Human Resources - Funding Changes: ServiceNow will now also send a notification to Watcher, Approver 1 & 2 and Delegates, as well as to Submitter when a funding case is rejected.
Platform: changing our import of user data from campus data sources so that we reliably retrieve employee ID for all campus users.
Fixes
Human Resources: Customer satisfaction (HDI) surveys are not being sent for funding change requests; this bug has been fixed.
Human Resources: ServiceNow has not been able to retrieve records for unpaid workers from the campus data source; this has been fixed.
Incident Management: Notifications sent to customers on incident close were incorrectly referencing CSS IT for all groups, not just CSS IT; this has been fixed.
Known Issues
Platform - Users with the share-group-filters role are no longer able to share filters with their group. This has been reported to the vendor and is a known issue. There is no ETA on a fix.
Platform - Users on a Windows machine who have Dragon NaturallySpeaking installed are experiencing issues with ServiceNow functionality. This has been reported to the vendor. A work around is being investigated by the ServiceNow team.
