Changes
Human Resources - Funding changes: update the approvals callout for "How do Approvals Work?" question and add callout for "What action is being requested?".

Fixes
Platform - Bug: campus users who have multiple values for their given name were appearing in ServiceNow with a "^" character between the values, e.g. Joe^Joseph. The imported values are corrected so that the "^" is removed and the longest value is used for first name.
Human Resources - Funding changes bug: the closure information tab was missing on closed and work completed cases. This has been fixed.
Human Resources - Funding changes bug: submitters, watchlist members and approvers cannot edit the watchlist once the funding case is approved. This has been fixed.
Human Resources - Funding changes bug: First task in a multiple funding change request is firing in "Approved" state without waiting for an assigned to, or waiting for Work in Progress status. Fixed so the first task fires when case is put into "Work in progress".
Human Resources - Separations bug: When HR staff submit a separations form and select "someone else" for "Who is the person requesting this service?", the Affected Employee field is populated with the "Opened by" HR Staff member. This has been fixed.
Human Resources - Funding changes bug: fixed links in callouts "Need Help Deciding?" and "How do Approvals Work?" so that they open in a new tab/page. This is a fix to an unreleased version, i.e. this bug was fixed before it was introduced into production.
Human Resources - Funding changes bug: removed duplicate words in help text for chart string field.
Known Issues
Platform - Users with the share-group-filters role are no longer able to share filters with their group. This has been reported to the vendor and is a known issue. There is no ETA on a fix.
Platform - Users on a Windows machine who have Dragon NaturallySpeaking installed are experiencing issues with ServiceNow functionality. This has been reported to the vendor. A work around is being investigated by the ServiceNow team.
