Fixes
Incident - Fixes the following issues, which changed behavior after the upgrade from Helsinki to Istanbul on May 5, 2017:
- The time worked field always starts at 0 when you load an existing ticket, no matter how much time has been logged
- Previously the time worked field would allow you to record time even if you are not the assigned to; this no longer works
- When attempting to enter a large number of time, the field limits entry it to a fixed amount
Known Issues
Platform - Users with the share-group-filters role are no longer able to share filters with their group. This has been reported to the vendor and is a known issue. There is no ETA on a fix.
Incident - After the upgrade from Helsinki to Istanbul on May 5, 2017, close notes and close codes are reset when the incident is re-opened by the caller. The expected fix is in release 5.1.0 on May 31, 2017.
ESS Portal - After the upgrade from Helsinki to Istanbul on May 5, 2017, the window for "My HR Requests" is so small that users are unable to view and select their HR requests. The expected fix is in release 5.1.0 on May 31, 2017.
