What’s New
Human Resources - This change will add the ability to search for people by their official/payroll name as it appears in HCM. Prior to this change, people were only identified in ServiceNow by their chosen name as set in campus directory. Going forward, both names will be searchable in ServiceNow. ServiceNow will download official name data from API Central during the nightly LDAP updates. HR staff will be able to update an individual's official name on demand with a new "Update Name from HCM" button on the user form.

Known Issues
Platform - Users with the share-group-filters role are no longer able to share filters with their group. This has been reported to the vendor and is a known issue. There is no ETA on a fix.
Platform - Users on a Windows machine who have Dragon NaturallySpeaking installed are experiencing issues with ServiceNow functionality. This has been reported to the vendor. A work around is being investigated by the ServiceNow team.
