What’s New

Human Resources - A new menu item, "HR Case Metrics" has been added to the "Human Resources" application. HR staff with the metric_reader role can now view how much time is spent in each status for HR cases. 

Changes

Human Resources - Assignment routing tables for HR cases and service requests have been updated to reflect organizational changes.

Fixes 

ESS Portal - Unlicensed users will no longer see the text "Undefined" in the user detail fields: telephone, location, and location detail when the caller is changed when submitting an IT request.

Known Issues

Platform - Users with the share-group-filters role are no longer able to share filters with their group. This has been reported to the vendor and is a known issue. There is no ETA on a fix.
