What’s New
Change Management - The Change Management application will be rolled out for the campus IT Change Advisory Board (CAB). All licensed ITIL users will have access to the application, however it should only be used by the members of the CAB.

Known Issues
Platform - Users with the share-group-filters role are no longer able to share filters with their group. This has been reported to the vendor and is a known issue. There is no ETA on a fix.
ESS Portal - If an unlicensed user submits an IT request on the ESS Portal and changes the caller, they will not be able to view the updated telephone and location, location detail values.
