Overview

Changes

Incident - The behavior of the "Related Search Results" functionality has been changed per customer requests. When editing (or updating) the "short description" field, the "Related Search Results" will show a list of related items as it normally does. However, when opening a saved incident, the Related Search Results will default to the collapsed view so that the activity log and other items on the saved incident appear closer to the top of the form.

Platform - Notifications have been changed so that email greater than 1MB will now be sent. Note that large email updates will be truncated at 50k when viewing these large updates in additional comments or work notes fields in the activity log. To see the full text of large email updates, find the email record and click on "Show email details".

Fixes 

Platform - Service Requests are not closing automatically once all Requested Items for that request are closed. This issue has been fixed.

Incident - When the user on the create incident form is updated, it does not update the caller information in the location, location detail and the phone fields. This issue has been fixed.

Platform - After upgrading to Helsinki, fulfillment users (agents) were no longer able to edit the Location field. This has been fixed.

Known Issues

Platform - Users with the share-group-filters role are no longer able to share filters with their group. This has been reported to the vendor and is a known issue. There is no ETA on a fix.
