Overview

The ServiceNow 4.1.0 release is planned for Wednesday, September 7, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. This maintenance release addresses issues introduced in the Helsinki release.

Fixes 

HR Service Automation - After upgrading to Helsinki, the "Create New Case" was removed from the ESS HR view list. This has been fixed.

HR Service Automation - After upgrading to Helsinki, Separation cases no longer appeared on "All my Tickets" on the Self Service Portal. This has been fixed.

HR Service Automation - After upgrading to Helsinki, the clone task option was no longer available for HR staff. This has been fixed.

Incident - After upgrading to Helsinki, the "New" button was removed for customers on the "All My IT Incident" section of the Self Service Portal. This has been fixed.

Platform - After upgrading to Helsinki, the Work Notes field and Additional Comments fields display order was change from the previous order. The additional comments field is now displayed above Work notes field.

Platform - After upgrading to Helsinki, the "Manage Filters" button in the "Load Filters" window appears to no longer list the user's filters. This has been addressed, and is fully described in the knowledge article "Managing group filters in ServiceNow".

Known Issues

Platform - Users with the share-group-filters role are no longer able to share filters with their group. This has been reported to the vendor and is a known issue. There is no ETA on a fix.
