What’s New
There are no new features in this release.
Changes
Incident - Email updates will now only include the latest comment, rather than the last three. This will allow customers and agents to focus on only the most recent and important part. This will also slow the ever expanding notification list in quoted reply emails.
Incident - Work notes will no longer be sent in email notifications, to insure the privacy of work notes.
