Overview

The ServiceNow 3.24.0 release is planned for Wednesday, March 9, 2016, from 7:00PM until 10:00PM. 

What’s New

Platform - Customers now have the ability to add attachments when creating incidents from the self service portal.

IT Management - When an incident is assigned to a group configured as having restricted views on all incidents, the incident will be marked with a restricted view.

Changes

IT Management - Only the creator of shared reports, shared templates and shared filters can delete these records. Previously, anyone with sharing ability could delete items shared with them.

IT Management - Incidents marked as restricted can now be changed to unrestricted. 

Fixes 

Platform - Timecard entries can now be updated and/or corrected by the timecard owner in the Time card application.
