Overview
The ServiceNow 3.23.0 release is planned for Wednesday, February 24, 2016, from 7:00PM until 10:00PM.
The primary purpose of this release is to make configuration changes to support the IST Cohort 7 go live, the UC MITI application and with other changes.
What’s New
Platform - UC MITI application, which provides integration between Berkeley ServiceNow and other ServiceNow instances, is rolling out with it's first deployment: integration of incidents between the Production Control Shared Service Center in Berkeley ServiceNow and Office of the President ServiceNow.
Platform - A logout button has been added to the ESS portal.
Changes
HR Case Management - Role updates are being made to support CSS-HR managers and supervisors.
Fixes
IT - "Remove me from watchlist" link is fixed so that it only removes the individual requesting removal from the watch list.
HR Case Management - Fix display artifact for dialog in Service Requests.
