- Installed xMatters application to support integration between ServiceNow and xMatters.
Changes
- HR Service Automation
- Ad hoc emails have been disabled for HR Tasks.
- Due date for ad hoc tasks can now be edited after initial creation.
- Incident
- The “Order Generic Request” button will be removed from users who currently have visibility to this feature.
Fixes

- Added additional filter condition “Assigned to is empty” to My Groups Tasks.
- Removed “New” button for related list “Cases from same user”.
- Fixed “Invalid Update” duplicate error messages when completing tasks without work notes.
- Fixed issue where reopened cases would not restart automatic closure process.
