- “CalCentral” has been added to the CMB to support the ETS go live.
- Employee Self Service (ESS) Portal
- A link to “Account Settings” has been added to the employee self service (ESS) portal. The link can be used to manage notification preferences and update certain ServiceNow customer information.
- Knowledge Management
- An approval email will now be sent to knowledge base owners and editors for publish and retire requests. The email will only be set if a knowledge base publish workflow is set to “Approval Publish” or the retire workflow is set to “Approval Retire”.
- Performance Analytics
- New indicators and breakdowns have been added to track instance-specific performance metrics. These indicators are limited to ServiceNow administrators.
- A new dashboard “ServiceNow Administration” has been added to display the newly added indicators. This dashboard is limited to ServiceNow administrators.
Changes
- Employee Self Service (ESS) Portal
- Removed incorrect copyright information in the footer of each page.
- “All My Tickets” now links users to a combined list of all IT and HR tickets where they are the customer.
- Incident Management
- A new section on the incident form “Task Links” will be visible on incidents that have one or more remote task links created by the UC Multi-Instance Task Integration (UCMITI).
- Service Catalog
- A “Request Approved” email will no longer be sent for requests that are automatically approved. Currently, a request is automatically approved if the total cost is less than $1000.

- UC Multi-Instance Task Integration (UCMITI)
- Task link records will now display a remote instance number; e.g. INC1000000.
