As an instructor or department staff, you may monitor the response rate for your course evaluations. Response rate monitoring includes the number of students that have been invited to complete an evaluation, the total number of students who have submitted their evaluation, and the percentage of completed evaluations.

The Response Rate Dashboard includes the response rate and ratio, as well as various other information one may be interested in.

From Your Email

You can access your real-time response rates through the URL provided in the email notification letting you know that evaluations have opened to students. This email will have the subject “Course Evaluations: The response rate for your course(s) is available”.

From Your Task List

  1. Go to course-evaluations.berkeley.edu and login with your CalNet ID.
  2. Under Tasks, click on the "Subject management" task for the course you want to view the response rate for. You can do this for each course being evaluated.
