Collaborators are users who can be added as an editor, viewer or co-owner in regards to files and folders that you own within the service.
Read Box Support: Inviting Collaborators
To invite collaborators to Box:
- Navigate to berkeley.box.com/
- Click on the Continue button in the right hand portion of the screen.
- If prompted by the CalNet Authentication Screen, enter your CalNetID and passphrase.
- Navigate to the Box Knowledge Base article on Inviting Collaborators to Box
- Follow and apply the procedure as applicable.
