A.) CalNet Account Manager (if available)

If you have setup a recovery email address, you can enter your student or employee ID number into the CalNet Account Manager tool at the following link for a reset -

B.) CalNet Deputy (if available, employees only)

If your department has a designated CalNet Deputy, you may contact them to reset your Passphrase.

C.) Visit the Cal 1 Card Office

The Cal 1 Card office can also look up CalNet ID and assist with passphrase resets for students, faculty, staff, and affiliates.  You will be required to show photo ID to receive service in person at the Cal 1 Card office.
