Student Tech Services (STS) provides free tech support to all graduate, professional, and undergraduate students at UC Berkeley, as well as Calnet support for their delegates (e.g. parents). The Student Helpdesk is available in-person, by phone and via email (excluding University holidays and curtailment periods). Need tech equipment?
