When connecting to any of the campus networks, your devices should be registered for the campus DHCP service. It is self-service & You may find that here:

https://socreg.berkeley.edu/

You will need your Calnet credentials to sign in. For devices that require registration to a department or group you may contact: bIT Technology Support or our local IT department

In some rare instances, you may need the following information along with the local subnet information to configure a device. A device should never be manually configured without first contacting either the campus DNS Administrator, dns@berkeley.edu, or your local IT support personnel.

Campus Domain Name Servers & their IP addresses:

Recursive Name Servers :

These servers are automatically provided by DHCP on networks where it is available.  If the device is not on a DHCP network or if you prefer to manually configure them these provide DNS lookup service for campus users.
