Press the command( )+ spacebar keys at the same time. You will see the Spotlight search bar appear.

 

 

Begin typing “Self Service” and the application should appear.

 

 

You can press the Enter key to launch the program. A window should open up with Campus licensed software that you can install and the presence of these offers confirms that your machine is campus managed and connecting with our servers. 

On a Windows PC

Press the Windows key to open the Start menu and you can type “BigFix”.
