During COVID the campus is restricting access to campus. Faculty, staff and students must have access to campus approved before coming to campus. This policy will expire on June 15, 2021.

For other approvals, contact your supervisor or student advisor.
The Authorized Access list resides in ServiceNow and part of the information displayed on the Campus Access Badge.

Once authorization has been approved you will be issued a personalized authorization letter indicating you are an authorized employee and you may travel to and from your work site. You must carry this letter with you at all times along with a government issued picture identification and your University issued ID (Cal1Card) You must continue to practice safe social distancing at all times, at least 6 feet (2 meters) distance from all others. Access to campus is limited to employees who have been deemed essential and are carrying the attached letter.
Please print the attached .PDF and share with law enforcement if stopped or questioned. You can also present the letter via your smartphone if you do not have access to print. If you are directed by law enforcement to go home, please go home and call your supervisor from home.
Your University ID will continue to provide building card key access based on your current authorizations.
