Instructors and designated department staff can access all current and historical reports by going directly to course-evaluations.berkeley.edu and logging in with their CalNet ID and passphrase.

Reports from the most recent term are not available

Reports from the most recent term may not have been released yet

The date course evaluation reports are scheduled to be released is available on the course evaluations calendar. This date is generally about two weeks after the final grade submission deadline, but may be impacted by campus holidays, system maintenance, or staff availability. Please check the calendar before inquiring about where to find reports from the most recent term.

An instructor or section may not have been evaluated

As an instructor, if you expect to receive evaluations for a course or section make sure to confirm your evaluations have been distributed to students before the end of the term. Incorrect data or missing records from SIS can result in missing course evaluations. Missing reports (past the release date) are usually an indication that an instructor or section was not evaluated. Please email course-evaluations@berkeley.edu about missing reports.

I need a report early

In some cases individual reports can be made available early if there is a time sensitive need (e.g. a job application is due). Please email course-evaluations@berkeley.edu with this request and provide the name of the course and confirmation from the instructor that final grades for the course have been submitted.

I used to have a sponsored guest account and can't login to view my reports
