How to disable new “Worknotes added” notification (Tokyo upgrade)
Below are 2 methods to disable this notification.
From the email received, click Notification Preferences at bottom of email notification. You will be directed to the proper notification to disable.

From Servicenow notification settings, find the IT Service Management section. Within this section find “Incident worknoted for ITIL”.
