Q: I logged into mycalnet.berkeley.edu and don’t have the option to add a new device. What should I do?


A: Users are asked to 2-Step twice to add a new 2-Step verification device. Once you have logged in to mycalnet.berkeley.edu, you will need to 2-Step again to access the 2-Step Device Control Panel. Then you will be able to add another device.
