On Friday, April 26th (today) the BFS and Blu Portal systems will perform maintenance between 6:00am and 6:00pm. BFS and the chart-string validator will not be available between 6:00am and 6:00pm. While Pinnacle and ServiceNow TelCat will be up and available, these activities will impact ServiceNow TelCat in several ways.
- Campus customers can still use TelCat, but they will not be able to submit Service Requests that require a chart-string. Nor will they be able to submit funding changes.
- IST Service Providers and Voice Project reps should refrain from sending information to Pinnacle during this window
