If you frequently schedule meetings or appointments with the same people, it can be helpful to have their calendars listed in your Other calendars list, allowing you to quickly reference their schedule for conflicts or other information.
Before you begin
- Note that only @berkeley.edu accounts can be granted calendar access.
- Ex. @gmail.com, @hotmail.com, @yahoo.com or other domains cannot be given access.
- Log into bcal.berkeley.edu. If prompted, enter your CalNetID and passphrase as appropriate.
- Navigate to Google's Support Base article, Add someone else's Google Calendar
- Add calendars as appropriate.
