How do I enable the Zoom to Kaltura integration?

As of January 6, 2026, the Zoom to Kaltura integration no longer copies all Zoom Cloud Recordings to Kaltura. It does so only for those that have enabled the integration.

Please enable the integration only if you need it for instructional purposes; RTL reserves the right to remove users who are not using the integration for academic purposes.

To enable the Zoom to Kaltura integration:

  1. Go to your Kaltura profile page (you’ll be prompted to log in via CalNet).
  2. From the vertical ellipses icon (which you’ll find to the right of the Edit Profile button), choose “Copy Zoom Cloud to Kaltura (instructional use only)” and then “Yes”.

Once “Yes” is checked, you will be included in the list of users for whom the integration will work. 

Note: If you are unable to complete step 2, please email kalturahelp@berkeley.edu with your request to continue to be a user of the Zoom to Kaltura integration.
