Use the following steps to provide the data bIT Telecom will use to complete your project.
Step 1: Gather your information
To view your department’s active services on the Telecom Catalog (https://ucb.service-now.com/) do the following:
Click 'View My Dept's Services' under ‘Manage My Dept’s Services’ on the left navigation menu. You should see services for all of the departments to which you have access.
Important: Filter the data to include only the service line items you want us to work on:
To save your data to an excel file, press the button.
Step 2: Complete the Project Upload spreadsheet (PBX Spreadsheet)
Click here to download the project spreadsheet template (CalNet login is required. The sheet will download to whatever your download folder is.) This is the sheet we will use to upload your changes. Do not change or add columns to the sheet.
You will complete this from the information you have gathered from the download in Step 1.
Refer to the ‘STA INFO LEGEND’ tab for how to complete column data.
Copy and paste the line information from the Voice Project Download (excel file) to the Project Upload spreadsheet (PBX Spreadsheet) onto the sheet’s ‘STATION INFO‘ tab.
Step 3: Place your request
Complete the Voice Project Request form on the Telecom Catalog and attach the ‘Project Upload spreadsheet (PBX Spreadsheet)‘ by using the paper clip.
Notify the bIT Project Manager of the RITM number to initiate the start of the project.
