For a unit that operates at the L5 level, The L4 and L3 may be identical. Thus while the GL Department Fund Summary may not be of assistance, two other options are available in BAIRS.
Options to look at Orgs that fall below L5:
- From the BAIRS dashboard, you can filter Org by Org node Level 5, then use the Mid or Low report to look at Orgs that fall below L5.
- It is possible to also retain the original pivot tables that used to validate against the formatted reports.
- If you are comfortable manipulating the pivot tables, then you can pull Org L5 to any of the Department reports.
- Note that there will most likely not be any future modifications to this report.
