Google offers a Gmail Offline Chrome Extension which can be turned on to access your bMail offline. Only mail is supported for offline viewing, and will sync when there is an Internet connection. See below for offline options for other bConnected tools.
- bMail: Offline functionality through an e-mail client (Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Outlook) or Gmail Offline.
- bCal: Offline functionality through an e-mail client (Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Outlook) only.
- bDrive: Offline functionality through Desktop Application only.
To Install Gmail Offline:
1. In Chrome go to the Chrome Web Store and search for Gmail Offline.
2. Click Add to Chrome.
3. Confirm the addition.
4. Select Allow offline mail and click Continue.
To access Gmail Offline after the installation:
1. Click on the Multi-colored Apps icon in the left corner
2. This will open a new tab or window with all the Google Apps available through your bConnected account.
3. Select Gmail Offline.
