To track the time you spend working on an Incident in ServiceNow, use the "Time worked" field located under the "Assigned to" field on the right side of the form:
There are two ways to record time on an incident:
Manual Entry
Manually enter the time you work by entering the hours and minutes in the two editable parts of the Time worked field. Your time will be recorded when you save the incident.
Stopwatch Entry
Click the Play button to start the timer. The timer will run until you click to pause the timer, or until you save the incident. You do not need to pause the timer prior to saving the incident.
Your time will be recorded when you save the incident.
