- Select the Windows flag at the bottom of your desktop (or tap on the Windows Flag key on your keyboard if available)
- Type ‘camera privacy’, and you should see an option for ‘Camera privacy settings’ in your search results
- Click on the ‘Camera privacy settings’ option.
In the Camera privacy settings screen (see screenshot below), toggle the option ‘Allow Apps to access your camera’ to ‘On.’ If your application is listed as a Microsoft Store app, then make sure to toggle the relevant application to ‘On.’ If your application is listed under ‘Allow Desktop apps to access your camera’, then make sure to toggle this option to ‘On’ as well.
