Current list of known issues
- Platform filters - As of Madrid release, a user can not drag and drop a filter to Favorites. Workaround is to add filter to Favorites by the list menu found upper left corner of list views.
- Employee Self Service - When using the IT incident form on ESS portal, as you type in the "Please describe your issue below" field the page jumps to the top of screen as you type each character. This has been fixed in release 7.3.0 for most browsers. However, there is still a small scroll problem in some versions of Safari. ServiceNow works best in Chrome.
- Knowledge - There are issues related to the ability to add or view comments on knowledge articles. Sometimes people are able to add or view comments and sometimes they are not. We have not yet tracked down the source of the problem. Closing the browser and re-opening it has fixed the issue for some people.
- Incident Management - Replying to the notification email of a resolved INC closes it.
- Incident Management - Replying to an incident that has already been closed will trigger a notification informing end users to contact the Service Desk if they have more questions; however, this notification still refers to the Service Desk as CSS-IT and not IT Client Services.
